Why Rose Unwin Chose to Train as a Thermalist Method® Instructor
Anyone that's met Rose or worked with her, will know she's a huge wellness advocate, bursting with information about healthy living and human biology.
Rose fell in love with the cold in 2019 when she started ice bathing for sporting recovery. But, she soon realised that intuitively she was taking regular ice baths for her mental health. The cold water made her feel incredible: calm, focused, happy and grounded. She loves wild swimming in the Cotswold lakes and competes in triathlons, which use lakes and the sea for the swimming section of the race. Rose is newer to sauna bathing, and is now hooked on this too - it is a warm hug that supercharges her immunity, cellular resilience and mood.
Rose understands the need for wellness practices that fit diverse lifestyles. By training as a Thermalist Method Instructor, she aims to empower people to tap into the advantages of contrast therapy for better health. Equipped with the right tools and knowledge, she is ready to guide others in integrating this method into their daily routines.
