My journey into holistic wellness began as a teenager, when I experienced the transformative effects of reflexology - supporting me through exam stress and aiding recovery from sporting injuries. It was my first insight into how profoundly the body can respond when given the right support.

I went on to build a career in financial recruitment, working within a high-performance, high-pressure environment that demanded long hours and constant output. Like many in my twenties, I adopted a “work hard, play hard” lifestyle. Over time, this imbalance led to burnout in 2015 - an experience that became a defining turning point, reshaping my priorities and relationship with my own health.

In 2019, I was introduced to cold water immersion through ice bathing for physical recovery. What I discovered went far beyond the physical. The practice brought a sense of calm, clarity, and grounded energy that I had not experienced before. It became a powerful tool not only for resilience, but for mental and emotional regulation.

These experiences led me to fully transition into the health and wellness space, where I continue to evolve as both a practitioner and a lifelong student. I have intentionally sought out advanced training with world-leading experts across multiple disciplines, enabling me to offer a highly considered, integrative approach to client care.

My work brings together touch, breath, heat, and cold - modalities that allow me to work directly with the nervous system, support metabolic function, and restore a sense of balance within the body. Each session is designed to help clients feel more regulated, resilient, and deeply connected to their own wellbeing.

My approach is both intuitive and evidence-informed, grounded in the belief that sustainable health is achieved through balance, consistency, and a personalised understanding of each individual.

Outside of my clinical work, I value movement, time in nature, and connection. You’ll often find me running along the Nailsworth to Stroud cycle path with my two black cocker spaniels. I enjoy playing Masters level hockey through the winters, competing in triathlon in the summers. I live with my husband Charlie, our two active children, Austin and Chloe.
