I developed an early interest in Reflexology after receiving some transformative treatments as a teenager. The Reflexology treatments helped me to cope with exam stress and recover from sporting injuries.

​

My first career was recruitment in finance, which involved working very long hours under immense shareholder pressure for several years. I was in my 20s so it was a case of work hard and play hard. Unsurprisingly, this led to major burnout in 2015. This was an important life lesson and since then I've made better choices, and I've focused more on balance. In 2019 I started ice bathing for sporting recovery, but I soon realised that intuitively I was taking semi-regular ice baths for my mental health. The cold therapy made me feel incredible: calm, focused, happy and grounded.

 

These experiences led to me forging a career in the health and wellness industry. I absolutely love working as a Reflexologist, Holistic Therapist and now a Contrast Therapy Instructor.

​Outside of work, you might find me running along the Nailsworth/Stroud cycle path with two black cocker spaniels. My main hobbies are hockey, triathlon, pilates, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

I live with my hugely supportive husband Charlie, our two children, Austin and Chloe, and the waggy-tailed shoe-stealing dogs, Rocco and Nelson.
