BREATHING
Rose is an Advanced Oxygen Advantage® Breathwork Instructor, trained in 16 different breathing techniques.
The way you breathe influences your health, your sleep and your nervous system. We breathe over 20,000 times a day and most people unknowingly have dysfunctional breathing habits.
Calming breathing techniques and cold water immersion are the two most powerful and effective ways to soothe the nervous system, pulling you out of stress and putting you into 'rest and recover' mode.

Why is the way you breathe so important?
The way you breathe has a bigger impact on your health and wellbeing than most people realise. Many of us develop habits such as breathing through the mouth, breathing too quickly, or breathing high in the chest. Over time these patterns can affect how efficiently the body uses oxygen and how the nervous system responds to stress, which can influence energy levels, sleep, and overall wellbeing.

The Oxygen Advantage® approach focuses on restoring natural breathing habits — breathing gently, slowly, and through the nose. With guidance, specific breathing techniques can help improve sleep and insomnia, reduce snoring, support people with asthma, ease hay fever symptoms, lower blood pressure, and improve focus and concentration. Many people also find these practices help calm the mind and reduce persistent or ruminating thoughts.
Because we breathe thousands of times each day, small changes can have a surprisingly powerful effect. Many people are genuinely surprised by the benefits — it’s something that really needs to be experienced with a trained breathing coach to fully understand the impact.
