Join this fun evening of contrast therapy, followed by festive nibbles and fireside chats.

6:30 PM - 8:00 PM: Free-flow contrast therapy under Rose's supervision

8:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Fireside chats, nibbles and drinks

Light food: nuts, crudités & dips, mince pies and mulled wine.

I can accommodate all dietary needs. A selection of soft drinks, mulled wine and red wine will be available. Please note that alcohol will be served only after the contrast therapy session has concluded.
