The evening begins with two rounds of dry Finnish sauna, each followed by a few minutes outside in the fresh evening air for guided stretching while your muscles are warm and relaxed.

Think soothing heat, gentle movement and the simple pleasure of slowing down. The stretching is designed to loosen areas where we tend to hold tension, leaving you feeling relaxed, mobile and wonderfully unwound. After your second round, there's an optional cool shower or brief cold dip for those who fancy it. Otherwise, simply wrap up warm, dry off and settle in for the next part of the evening.
