Move gently between the elements - invigorate in the cold tubs, unwind in the warmth of the sauna, and then settle by the fire with a warm mug of something comforting in your hands. There’s no rush, no pressure - the time is yours to spend exactly as you need.

Afterwards, enjoy a simple, nourishing breakfast spread of fresh fruit, pastries from Hobbs House Bakery, and yoghurt and granola pots, alongside fresh coffee and a selection of lovely teas.
